These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by Experience Futures Holdings LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Scope
These Terms apply to all services operated by Experience Futures Holdings LLC, including:
- intentional.tech — the marketing and information website, including contact and newsletter forms.
- toolkit.intentional.tech — a conversational AI tool that generates personalized AI strategies and artifacts.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
Experience Futures Holdings LLC provides:
- intentional.tech: A marketing and information website that provides information about the Intentional Technology platform and allows users to contact us via forms.
- toolkit.intentional.tech: A conversational AI tool that helps individuals name their expertise, define their professional boundaries, and build a persistent profile that generates personalized AI strategies and artifacts based on the Intentional Technology framework.
3. Use of Services
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information when using our services.
- Use our services only for lawful purposes.
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt our tools.
- Not use our services to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content.
- Not impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.
- Not submit false or misleading information through any form on our sites.
- Not use automated means to scrape, crawl, or overload our sites without prior written permission.
4. Intellectual Property
Your Content
You retain full ownership of your information. By using our services, you give us permission to use your information to create your personalized profile and artifacts, store your conversation for up to 2 years for research purposes, and create anonymized insights for publications and research. We will never sell your information or use it for purposes beyond those described in our Privacy Policy. Your name and identifying details will never be used without your explicit consent.
Our Content
All content, features, and functionality of our services (including software, text, graphics, logos, and design) are owned by Experience Futures Holdings LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Intentional Technology framework, the Personal AI Context Engine methodology, the Technology Constants taxonomy, and all associated intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Experience Futures Holdings LLC.
Generated Artifacts
You may copy, share, and adapt your generated artifacts (system prompts, manifestos, Cursor specs, and other outputs) for any personal or professional purpose. Artifacts are provided “as is” without warranty.
5. User Responsibilities and Compliance
You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of our services complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including:
Professional and Regulatory Compliance
- Healthcare professionals: HIPAA, HITECH, and other patient privacy laws.
- Legal professionals: Attorney-client privilege and legal ethics rules.
- Financial professionals: GLBA, SEC regulations, and fiduciary duties.
- Any industry-specific regulations applicable to your profession.
Data Protection
You agree not to input sensitive personal information including:
- Protected Health Information (PHI) under HIPAA.
- Personally Identifiable Information (PII) of third parties without consent.
- Financial account information, Social Security numbers, or payment card data.
- Information subject to attorney-client privilege.
- Trade secrets or confidential business information belonging to others.
Your Indemnification Obligation
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Experience Futures Holdings LLC from any claims, fines, penalties, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your failure to comply with applicable laws or regulations.
6. Third-Party Services
Our services use third-party providers including:
- Anthropic: Powers conversational AI features in the toolkit. Your conversation data is processed by Anthropic in accordance with their Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.
- Resend: Sends email reports from the toolkit. Processed in accordance with their Privacy Policy.
- Make.com: Routes form submissions from intentional.tech to our internal systems. Subject to their privacy practices.
- Google reCAPTCHA: Prevents abuse on our forms. Subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or security of third-party services.
7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
No Warranty
Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Experience Futures Holdings LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
- Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the greater of (a) $100 USD, or (b) the amount you paid to use our services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemics, internet service provider failures, government actions, or failures of third-party services.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms and updating the “Last Updated” date.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
All disputes must be brought on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide proceedings to the maximum extent permitted by law.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
13. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Experience Futures Holdings LLC regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements.
