This Privacy Policy describes how Experience Futures Holdings LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“we”, “us”, or “our”), collects, uses, and shares information when you use our services. This Policy should be read alongside our Terms of Service.
Scope
This Privacy Policy covers all services operated by Experience Futures Holdings LLC, including:
- intentional.tech — the marketing and information website, including contact and newsletter forms.
- toolkit.intentional.tech — a conversational tool that generates personalized AI strategies and artifacts.
1. Information We Collect

When you use our services, we may collect:
- Name, email address, and professional background.
- Company or organization name (optional, for the consultation form on intentional.tech).
- Expertise, values, professional boundaries, and other information you share during conversations with the Personal AI Context Engine.
- Preferences you indicate, such as opting into the mailing list or requesting a follow-up.
1.2. Automatically Collected Information
When you visit our sites, we may collect:
- Web analytics data via Google Analytics 4, including page views, session duration, browser type, and approximate location. See Google’s Privacy Policy for details.
- IP address, browser type, device information, and usage data via server logs.
1.3. Conversation Data (toolkit.intentional.tech)
When you use toolkit.intentional.tech, we collect the full conversation history for research and improvement purposes. Your content stays private and is not shared or sold. We may use anonymized insights for research and publications.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and improve our tools and services.
- Generate personalized reports and recommendations.
- Respond to consultation requests and inquiries.

3. Data Sharing and Third Parties
Anthropic (AI Processing — toolkit.intentional.tech)
We use Anthropic’s Claude API to power conversational features in the toolkit. Your conversation data is processed by Anthropic as a data processor on our behalf. Anthropic does not use your data to train their AI models.
Resend (Email Delivery — toolkit.intentional.tech)
We use Resend to send email reports when you choose to share your email address through the toolkit. Your email address and report content are processed by Resend in accordance with their Privacy Policy.
Make.com (Form Routing — intentional.tech)
We use Make.com to route form submissions from intentional.tech to our internal systems. Form data is transmitted to Make.com webhooks subject to their privacy practices.
Google reCAPTCHA (Security)
Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA v3 to prevent abuse. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information and sends it to Google for analysis. Use is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
xfutures.org (Research Partner)
We may share anonymized or aggregated data with our sister organization xfutures.org for research on responsible AI adoption. No personally identifiable information is shared.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4. Data Retention
- Conversation data (toolkit): Up to 2 years from your last interaction, for research and improvement purposes.
- Email address: Retained only when you choose to share it; kept until you request deletion.
- Contact and newsletter form data (intentional.tech): Retained as long as necessary to fulfill the stated purpose, or until you request deletion.
- Usage data: Up to 1 year for analytics and security purposes.
You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at info@xfutures.org. We will process deletion requests within 30 days, except where required by law.
5. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate information.
- Deletion: Request deletion of your personal information.
